Multiplex Immunofluorescence

Multiplex Immunofluorescence

Aquila Histoplex offers multiplex immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (IF) assays to enable detection of mutliple targets in one sample. We offer an automated approach using Leica Bond robots, providing our clients with a consistent, reproducible and fast high-throughput service that can be adapted for multiple protocols and detection strategies.

Aquila Histoplex offers custom multiplex biomarker panels using a large range of validated and optimised antibodies. We continue to develop the list of targets we are able to detect so if we do not have what you are looking for, or would like us to validate and optimise your own target, please get in touch today.

Key advantages of IF Multiplex:

  • Identify multiple targets in the same section
  • Up to 6 fluorescent endpoints + counterstain
  • Sensitive tyramides used for IF
  • Multiple antibodies from the same species can be used
  • QA/QC programme in place
  • Target validation and distribution data

Would you like to know which immune cell types your target co-localises with? Or evaluate the spatial relationships between immune cell types and your target? Further analysis from OracleBio allows for the quantification of multiple fluorescent markers present in the same section. We partner with OracleBio to bring our clients a complete specialist histology service including image analysis.
